A true education expert, Andy has been working in further education for 18 years in various positions from Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Head of the Plumbing and Gas Department. Training and Assessing City & Guilds Plumbing at levels 2&3 and also BTEC Gas Training and Assessing, He has extensive experience as Lead Internal Verifier, developing a higher standard of qualifications and developing close working relationships with local authorities and businesses which enabled students to achieve high standard job placements.
As well as gaining a BA in Education and Training, an impressive educational background includes A1 Assessors awards, V1 Verifiers awards and a Level 5 Diploma in Professional Learning, Development and Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance Qualifications amongst many other awards. He maintains a high level of continual personal development alongside an enviable list of trade qualifications.
